This class occurs every Tuesday at 0600-0700 and every Wednesday 1700-1800. It is a flow class filled with challenging sequences and deep stretches followed by relaxing savasana. All levels welcomed! The first class of the month is free for all!
Please pay at the Smoothie Spot located at the entrance of the gym prior to class.
This is a free monthly yoga class that occurs on the first Tuesday and Wednesday of the month. This will be a slow flow class focusing on building strength and deep stretches. Tuesday classes are at 0600 and Wednesday classes are at 1700. Both are located in the downstairs group fitness room.
If you are pregnant and looking for a way to relax and stay fit, this class is for you! Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that teaches you safe and effective ways to stretch and build strength all the while focusing on breath work. There are many benefits of prenatal yoga: improves sleep, reduces stress, increases strength, flexibility and endurance, decreases lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
This class takes place every Monday from 6PM to 7PM. It is a donation based class.
